During a recent trip to the city I had an interesting interaction with a homeless man which challenged my self imposed limits on what I could give and at the same time inspired my kids to want to make a difference in the community.
I discovered as a Leader you need to keep questioning and challenging yourself to do more than what you're use to. I also learnt how taking a genuine interest in your people can reveal strengths, abilities and resilience you never dreamed imaginable.
